Apparently Samsung blocked third party docks in the fourth oreo beta. Maybe you should do a bit of research and see if anything has changed since that beta. You don't want to pay $50 for a dock that might not work on oreo. Also, if you didn't know, the official dock is $100 on Amazon.

You do realize that you said only 5 people on the planet use Samsung Dex. So all I have to do is prove that more than 5 people use Dex to prove you wrong. lol. At least 2 of those 5 people live in my house so all I have to do is post a link to the Samsung dex pad from Amazon. If you notice at the bottom more than 5 people posted a review of the dex. Theres actually 510 reviews to be exact. Some of them are bad reviews but I can bet at least 10 of them still own the Dex or upgraded phones and use the Dex in other ways. Now it's your turn. Post a source of just one IPhone that can turn your tv into a computer. And I don't mean just connecting your IPhone to the tv. I want to see a tv being turned into a computer monitor when the IPhone is connected to it.

I admit that Bixby is terrible which is why most people use the other built in assistant like Google Assistant.
"Fastest processor" with much less built-in features. Lol. Wait until IPhones are equal to Android in terms of features before talking about which is faster. I sure hope IPhones are fast if you can't even do something as simple and basic as changing the home screen or having like 10 different home screens on your phone at the same time. The most amount of home screens I had on my phone at the same time was 4 and that was a much older phone. Apple has IPhones locked down so much that u can't do anything like that.
When one of the main points in the argument is lack of updates are you sure the phone is actually good if you require multiple updates every year? Lol. Theres not much more to be added to Android so 1 update is more than enough. Sometimes I don't even need that. I understand why IPhone sheep want and need multiple updates every year and I have no problem with that. IPhones have a long way to go to catch up.

Exclusive features on an Android phone is still technically an "Android feature". Show me an IPhone that has those exclusive features.

On a side note, the original retail prices of the DeX and the USB-C to HDMI adapter were $150 and $50, respectively. That was a $100 difference.
Now, the DeX is as low as $94 on Amazon, and the USB-C to HDMI cable is $32. Considering the USB-C to HDMI cable is simply for mirroring or extending to another display, and there's no passthrough to charge your S8 while using the cable, I'd rather spend the extra $62 to get the DeX dock to do both and so much more.

I have the round samsung dock, but its difficult to get the phone to sit correctly with a case.
