I actually own like 5 pairs of bluetooth headphones, so I'd say you have a few options.

I have the previous generation Samsung IconX (picked them up for $30 on clearance, not even remotely worth their original $180 price). They have a slider in the settings app to adjust how much ambient noise you want. It uses the internal mic to pick up on the outside and put it right into your ears. Really nice feature. They have a 2018 version here but I haven't tried them.

When I used to listen to Twitch, podcasts, etc I would actually just use a single-ear bluetooth headset. I have this Bose one. It sounds amazing, has great battery life, and it leaves my other ear open for ambient noise.

Another option is Airpods. They actually work on anything unlike the Pixel buds (how the fuck did that happen?). Open design, comfortable, good battery life.

I've read about this a few times and it's left me wondering:

What kind of office prohibits using headphones when working? Assuming they're not open-ear ones...

My coworker is using these. It's almost impossible to tell if he's wearing them...

Wish he would have reviewed more earbuds:

I recommend taking a look at the Samsung IconX 2018 version. I have them and they are awesome. They have 4GB of storage on them so you don't even need a phone to use them and they are truly wireless like the Airpods.

Well, I just got them off amazon, though it sounds like Samsung lowered the price atm...

I've recently gotten into doing some exercise which consists of cycling and pilates along with weightlifting at home.

For clothes I got a bunch of Under Armour tops-- their fabric is super lightweight and breathable. The tops are looser fitting which works well with leggings. The running shorts are also a good buy.

For leggings and pilates clothes, I've been into Athleta stuff. The "Powervita" fabric is soft and comfortable but still compression-y. And they offer petite sizes which is amazing!

On my wishlist I have these IconX bluetooth headphones, watch the vid on Amazon, they look sooo cool!!

I cancelled my Pixel Buds order today and now I'm thinking of spending $10 less on the Samsung IconX 2018s. They have 4gb of internal storage, toggleable ambient noise feature, are truly wireless, sense when they've been removed from your ears, and you can still access Google Assistant. The Zolo Liberty+ coming out in a few months seem to have a lot of the same features for the same price (but use bluetooth 5.0!) Pretty cool.
