It's a Shany stamp set :)

I second the amazon movement! I picked up my bundle for cheap! Granted it was 9.95 when I bought it and they raised it 5 bucks, of course! But its exactly like the bundle monster. And the stamper I opted for was not the double ended stamper but was still cheaper with shipping than the other example. Also checking clearance anywhere you go. You would be surprised what you'll find.

*The best tip for major nail haul I have been given though, is checking craigslist for polish. When a nail salon closes down, they will sometimes list all their stuff, polish included for cheap! Check this post out! I found one and it should be coming very soon!

Here are some cheap brushes. A stamper and some plates might be nice. And dotting tools.

What kind of polish does she wear? Sparkly, shimmer, creme? I like indie brands but Zoya, Orly, OPI, and China glaze are nice and easily accessible.

:D It's SH12 from the Shany 2012 set. Not sure if you can get it on it's own, though.

I'm not currently home but it's from the Shany set I just got in the mail yesterday... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004DK0UDA/ref=oh_details_o00_s01_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I can update you with the stamp number and polish names when I get home later. I'm super excited with how it turned out but I definately still need more practice.

I just picked up the Cheeky 2012 and MASH 2012 sets for pretty cheap, with a Konad Stamper/Scraper Set. I've heard good things about Bundle Monster and Shany too, but these seemed to have more designs I liked. So there are realistically quite a few cheap options out there for you!

This stamping plate set

Because one of my very best friends bought me a Konad stamper to use for Christmas but no one got me plates! So, I haven't been able to use it, unfortunately. </3 I also graduated on Friday! :D

You need stamping plates, like these. They are metal plates with indented images on them. You take an opaque polish and paint it over one of the images. Then you use a little scraper to scrape off the extra polish that gets on the flat part of the plate. I have the scraper and stamp set shown here. After you scrape off the extra, you roll the end of the stamper over the polish on the plate, then roll it over your nail. The ends of the stamper are soft and rubbery and it picks up the polish from the indentation in the plate and transfers it right to your nail. It sounds complicated but I assure you it was so easy. These were my first attempts, and they came out great!
