Click here for more: Amazon has several PC Digital Download games on sale, such as...

Dungeon Defenders - $1.99 (Bought it about a week ago for $2.99, was e-mailed a Steam key. This is a definite "YES" from me. Keep in mind, it does NOT include the four "TF2 Familiars" or the Portal Gun as Steam's version does. I didn't mind this, as the pets later on are far, far better.)

I haven't yet downloaded it, but by all appearances it can as this is listed on the product page:

>Initial installation requires one-time Internet connection for Steam authentication; software installations required (included with the game) include Steam Client ...

Here are a couple suggestions with games that you didn't mention that I've been having tons of fun with over the past few months. I also provided links to sites that currently have the cheapest prices for said games. All of these sites should provide a steam activatable key.

Civilization IV/V - If you're into turn based strategy games or 4x games you will enjoy this game. Time is an illusion when playing the civ games. You start off thinking you'll play a few turns before going to bed, next thing you know the sun is rising and its 8 in the morning. Which one to play is really up to you. While Civ V looks better, It's arguably worse than 4, even with the Gods and Kings expansion.

Mount & Blade Warband- I don't even know how to summarize this game, It's pretty much in a league of It's own. This game has a very unique combat system that is pretty easy to learn but hard to master. Brawling out in a team-death match, or even fighting off hoards of the enemy AI in captain co-op is tons of fun and has kept me and my friends entertained for hours on end.

Killing Floor - Closely related to Left 4 Dead, it's the zombie killing game of your nightmares. The zombies look genuinely terrifying, are all unique and more gradually harder zombies get introduced as you progress through the waves. If you manage to make it to the Matriarch, you're in for a hell of a time.

NOTE: I would wait to buy this one. It goes on 50-75% off sales all the time and It's likely it will again soon with the imminent summer sale.

Left 4 Dead 1/2 - Maybe I just have a thing for zombies, but the Left 4 Dead series is one of my favorite games to play when you got the people to do it. With both versus and a cooperative story mode there's plenty to do in the L4D games.

Trine 1/2 - a short but brilliant looking games that are a blast with friends. This won't get you as much entertainment for your money as the others might, but It sure was a lot of fun playing through it.

All of these games, barring the Trines series are moddable, adding that much more to them.

FYI, Amazon is matching the sale price on their download service and it activates on Steam (means you get two copies of the game, one through Amazon's downloader, and another through Steam): Link

It was $25 on Amazon the other day for the digital download version. That was enough to convince me to buy it. Oddly enough, once I downloaded it from Amazon, the install program installed it right into Steam anyway.

GOTY is the standard edition, plus a ton of DLC (stuff like more civilizations you can play, map packs etc.).

Look under "Product Description" for the full details.
