You don't usually need a prescription to buy needles. Check online at places like dealmed or allegro medical, they're generally under $10 for a box of 100. 1 1/2" is typical for IM, but it depends on how much subcutaneous fat you have to get through so really skinny people can use shorter needles for IM.

I had a reaction to the benzyl alcohol preservative in the cypionate I tried initially, and wound up switching to an enanthate that uses chlorobutanol preservative instead. With the cypionate I had super itchy welts that lasted around 3 weeks. Only thing I could find that helped with the itching was this stuff. The active ingredient is carbolic acid/phenol so anything with that in it should have a similar effect. Hydrocortisone is my normal anti-itch cream and it was doing nothing for me. Benzyl alcohol in particular is known for skin-only reactions, so I could have switched to IM but I preferred the smaller needles and don't mind paying slightly more for my T to have something that doesn't make me itch.

I would recommend to talk to your doctor about prescription accutane and to look into possibly going on a carb free/low carb diet for a while just to see what it does.

I've done both and for the first time I have amazing skin since I was 18 (I'm 36F). Also try this to treat breakouts overnight: Smile's PRID Drawing Salve, Natural Homeopathic Topical Pain and Irritation Reliever... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GKN36W/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_lq9szb9MSSMV1

And this after you wash your face every day: Thayers Alcohol-free Rose Petal Witch Hazel with Aloe Vera, 12 oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00016XJ4M/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_nr9szbZZWSJGK

Lastly, DO NOT dry your face with the same towel you use for the rest of your body!

I experience chafing, acne, and discoloration on my thighs and I use Prid salve nightly (it may stain, so I only use it when I wear PJs) and bacitracin zinc ointment on the really angry spots. Both can be found in Walmart or your drugstore. These two usually calm the spots down in two to three days, but I think you can use both more often. Just a warning though, you'll smell like an old-fashioned medicine cabinet with Prid on.

I was using Neutrogena's acne body wash but I think it dried out and made things worse.

edit: ok dicks, I'm going to change it so it doesn't say for MRSA. if you have an ingrown hair or a case of cellulitis (which could happen after shaving), this MAY OR
MAY NOT HELP YOU.

IF YOU HAVE SUPERBUG CRAZY MRSA, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT I MENTION BELOW. IT SHOULD ONLY BE USED AS A SUPPLEMENTAL OR OPTIONAL TREATMENT GIVEN TO YOU BY A LICENSED MEDICAL PRACTITIONER.

USE COMMON SENSE, IF YOUR LEG LOOKS LIKE ITS GONNA FALL OFF, GO TO THE DOCTOR AND GET PROPER MEDICATION. THE "SNAKE OIL" SHIT I MENTION BELOW IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR MRSA MEDICATION, HOWEVER SINCE YOU ARE HERE IN THE COMMENTS SECTION MAYBE YOU'RE LIKE ME AND SUFFER FROM THE OCCASIONAL BOIL.

For anyone that is dealing with BOILS (or any other nasty ingrown hair or pimples) what's worked for me and for many others very well is a drawing salve called SMILES PRID.

It comes in a small orange metal container, and is a brown paste-like substance that if applied immediately upon discovering a new infection will totally kill it in its tracks. At least it has done so for ME, and it may not be the case for YOU. USE COMMON SENSE.

It's somewhat of a UNUSUAL (NOT miraculous, it was a fucking figure of speech) substance because of how quickly it works.

Anyone with SUCH annoying recurring skin conditions I -HIGHLY- suggest you take a look at this product. It's available online (I've bought on Amazon) and is inexpensive.

WARNING: IT MAY BE THE CASE THAT THIS DOESNT WORK AT ALL FOR YOU. IN THAT CASE PLEASE SPEAK TO A DERMATOLOGIST AND GET THE RIGHT SKIN CARE PRODUCT OR MEDICATION THAT WILL WORK FOR -YOU-

THANKFULLY WE ARE ALL NOT THE SAME PEOPLE AND DIFFERENT THINGS WORK ON DIFFERENT PEOPLE. SUCH IS LIFE.

Edit: okay since the down vote brigade is here I'm gonna go ahead and link the Amazon site for this so you can go ahead and read the reviews and see for yourself how successful it is.

Realize that there are 7 billion people on the planet and they all have different skin types. this worked for me in PREVENTING the boil from growing, okay? it might not work for you but there's no reason to downvote a product that's been in manufacture for over 50 years and that has worked for some people. I'm not saying to not use fucking antibiotics okay. If you have a fucking serious infection go to the fucking doctor and get a Z pac okay?
