Well, if you like invader zim, you should really try Johnny the Homicidal Maniac and Squee!. Two comics from the 90s, drawn and written by the same guy. Disturbingly funny.
Wow, I think I was in the 7th grade the first time I read Squee (so about 6 or 7 years ago). Wish I still had my copy. Thanks for reminding me of one of my favorite books of all time.
Okay, so these might not be 100% cyberpunk, but here's some I love anyways: SAGA Sky Doll Nonplayer - This one is only one issue. The guy got a movie deal right after publication and hasn't come out with more since. :( Best to find it online vs getting a hold of a physical copy. Squee - this was is kinda random haha, but it popped in my head. It's not all cyberpunk but it's weird, and it's Vasquez, and it might be a fun read.

Hmm, confused. I'm sure I have this at home, but I thought I only had Squee's Wonderful Big Giant Book of Unspeakable Horrors. Going to have to check after work now.
I first read it in a Squee book.
Edit: This one, specifically
You should check it out - the collection is Squee's Wonderful Big Giant Book of Unspeakable Horrors.
I just started the keto diet yesterday!
ok so this is just a shot in the dark but when ever I see people talk about Graphic Novels THIS always comes to mind! I love Jhonen Vasquez's work (come on Invader ZIM?) well Johnny The Homicidal Maniac is much darker than zim but super good! and there are 2 spinoffs that I know about [I feel sick] (http://www.amazon.com/Feel-Sick-Book-About-Girl/dp/B001VD1FZY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1396454824&sr=8-2&keywords=I+feel+sick) there is only 2 comics for that one and there is Squee's Wonderful Big Giant Book of Unspeakable Horrors and that in a way is a sequel to JTHM.

Squee needs a unicorn to not be haunted by Nny
