The price to change depends on the hilt and electronics you have installed now. For example, if you have a saberforge hilt with a single button NBv4 or Pico Crumble setup, you could technically possibly re-use the chassis, but you would need a second switch. You would still need to re-wire everything but the cost could be as low as Proffieboard + Switch + Misc. like wires, heatshrink + your time. If you had a two button setup like an NEC board or Prizm, etc. you might be able to get away with just Proffieboard + misc + your time. I don't have any OTG devices so I can't say for sure. Does it have to be a 180° cable like the one you pictured? They make 90° cables like this one here or this one here.
I'll dig around some more for a 180° one and see what I can find.
Edit: Looks like this site is selling them for $12, otherwise I'm having a hard time finding any listings that don't have a 100 piece minimum order :x
