Personally, I use the UR22, mainly because I need the Midi in/out for my outboard synths, and the d-pre amps are quite nice for basic mics. I work for a music shop, and our best seller is the UR22. However, any of these interfaces would work well with FL Studio, and you would not be displeased with any of them. Let me know which one you get, dude! Cheers!
Ninja Edit - Stay away from Behringer, Gemsound, Pyle, and Pyramid. They are low cost, but have poor quality builds, poor converters, latency issues, and a myriad of other problems. Also, if you need multiple inputs and mixing capabilities down the line, I suggest these;

Steinburg UR 22 would by my top choice, followed by the Focusrite. I've never owned one, but people seem to have issues with the 2i2 quite often.
Also, stay away from Behringer...
Steinberg UR22 - Can sample whatever I (hear) live into Maschine. You know, play a Youtube video and you can hear it over your speakers/headphones and hit the sample button and do it live. That was the main reason I bought it: I use it on Windows 10/64

Would have to source appropriate cables and have a headset that will work. Possibly some extended cables too.
Line would run from pc headphone jack to mic/input 1, another line goes from ps4 audio jack to line 2. Headset receiving line plugs into mixer headphone port, headset speaker jack goes to laptop
A lot of work, have to source all the cables and tweak it all until it works
Another option is if he has a line in port on his laptop you can just treat the laptop as the mixer and you only have to source cables and tweak in windows which is both easier and cheaper

I bought a Steinberg UR22 audio/midi interface for about $140 for mine. USB powered and has two line in XLR/cable inputs, for if you wanted to record vocals at the same time, as well as two midi inputs. Worth it for me since my digital saves like 3 recordings and I like to just get little ideas down all the time. Plus, I have guitars so it is nice to be able to record some backing stuff with those, etc. if I ever get to that skill level. I tried line in directly to my PC (even to a nice ASUS Essence STX soundcard) and was constantly disappointed with the results. Terrible volume and sound quality. If you don't have a nice power supply or motherboard, you may also introduce noise into the recording.
As for recording sound quality on this thing, my noodling around isn't anything to listen to but here's something I came up with last night that uses piano and strings to give you an idea. It comes with Cubase like every other interface seems to, but I use Audacity for just recording direct sound. It's free and powerful.
