Well I wouldn't do anything with it except taking care of it like it was my own baby of course. Staring at it for hours, thinking about all the possibilities.. The usual thing you know :P The only real IBN's I saw were on that Steins;Gate festival that took place in 2011 : http://seventhstyle.com/2011/06/14/steinsgate-festival-of-intellectuality-ibms/ I wish I could have seen it! The more you think about it, everything about the series is now collector, I can't even afford importing Dr.Pepper! At these time I wish I would live in Japan to satisfy my collectioner hunger. These guys even sell Daru's glasses!! As for the limited edition of Phenogram, I'm planning on buying it on Xbox, but of course the consoles are restricted to European games, and also the game is in Japanese so I wouldn't even be able to play it. I should start learning japanese. But you said 200$? I've seen it way cheaper than that : 60€ for the limited edition on Xbox on Amazon.fr (probably the same for amazon.com http://www.amazon.fr/Steins-Gate-Kousoku-Phonogram-Japonais/dp/B00AQT9GKK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1421244188&sr=8-2&keywords=steins+gate+xbox) and 30€ for the regular edition and same prices for the ps3 version.

You do have figures? I wish I could buy Kurisu & Okabe ones too! Especially the little chubby ones, they're so cute :)
If I had the budget I would totally go for it, but even though I had it, I think the guy who made the guide to build it, stopped selling the necessary parts and circuits needed to build the thing. There is an "official" limited Divergence Meter but it costs like 700/800$ and I think it's out of stock and it doesn't even have as many features as the DIY one. Like you said, there's actually something really classy and powerful about nixie tubes. I see them more often now that I know Steins;Gate and they fascinate me, I mean that's just so awesome to have.

I try not to think about it too hard, I lie to myself, telling me that I understood everything but everytime somebody starts a new thread with new theories I'm just lost. I got all the scenarios and events of the series, but when I think about other possibilities, my brain shuts off.

A lot of people complain especially about the beginning of the anime, which according to them was really slow, and they really enjoyed the series at beginning of Mayuri's incident. But come on, seriously I never thought that. When I watched the first episode I was like "ok, that's weird, I didn't get anything, but I wanna know mooooaar". And when I rushed all the rest of the episodes (especially after the 12th) everything became really clear and made me want to watch it over and over again. I think I've seen the whole anime like 3 times on 2 weeks. I think the anime is perfect the way it is. It doesn't explain everything, it even changes a lot at some parts (FB thing) but in the end, if you liked it that way you want to know even more about the series and so you start playing the game like I did, and that's actually at this moment that you really start to enjoy what Steins;Gate's universe has to offer.
Okabe Rintarou, well I mean Hououin Kyouma really is a damn awesome character. Actually, it is THE ultimate great mad scientist!
