That's correct. I chose the Sony. The screen is made by Silver Screen. Got it off of Amazon.

Get the Silver Ticket 135" for $340.

Use that money to get a better sub. SVS has the PB-1000 on their outlet page for $400. Please get that instead of the klipsch.

Any reason why manual pull down over fixed? Unless it’s tab tensioned, a pulldwon screen could get loose and wavy over time, a fixed screen is preferred is possible.

I was thinking the Silver Ticket 135” screen, which can be had in regular 1.1 gain white for less, but if you actually want blacks in your image, I’d spend the $380 for their 1.0 gain or $550 for their 0.95 gain.

Or, if fixed is still an option, you can spend <$150 and get the 0.8 gain screen from Carl’s Place and heavy duty stapler to attach it to a DIY frame, which can be easily made, just get 1x4s from Home Depot, tell the wood cutter was dimensions you want, and then use brackets+nails to attach them.

Here is a video on it (though follow the stapling patterns from Carl’s Place instead), it comes in 145”, but just make your frame for 130”-135” and cut off the excess before stalling (of course give a few inches for security). You can also buy their border tape to give a black border.

If you want to see the difference between 1.1 and 0.8 gain, spend the $4 and get their samples.

Lower gain gives better blacks, but also needs more lumens, your projector would still be around 80-100 nits based on your picture settings, which is very bright for a light controlled room, but you can always use the samples to double check.
