I bought some on Amazon called Supershieldz and it works great! A 3 pack for $8, and when I use the Apple Pencil for writing, it writes smoothly as if there weren’t anything placed! Super recommend. I got this one and I’m very happy with it. Matte anti-glare, feels good with the pencil, no problem with Face ID.

I’ve used Supershieldz before with my old 10.5” iPad Pro. It’s a 3 pack for $7.99. And I’m sure there’s probably better brands out there, but this is a good cheap one. You may want to try the Procreate forums or search around for other options.
IMO screen protector has been a no-brainer investment for a long time xD It puts your mind at ease while typing/writing/drawing on the screen.
I chose a cheap matte screen protector (link here) and find the display quality barely affected, anti-glare and anti-fingertip is a bonus. Personally I feel Paperlike was overhyped and overpriced for what they offered.
