I stopped carrying a AAA light attached to my keys, and switched to a loose pocket carry 1x123.
I no longer carry a notebook. I wrecked a few in a row pretty quickly, and then fell out of the habit.
My phone is no longer enshrouded in a case. I really like the styling and feel of the naked Galaxy Nexus
My keys went from a carabiner to a swiveling key clip similar to this one.
