Then I can only suggest you the incoming VKB GunFighter PRO, with the kosmosimov or Warthog Grip. https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/25191-vkb-gunfighter-leakage/#entry413759

It will be perfect for both helo, DCS and War Thunder.
For the throttle.. I would go for the Warthog one cause I know the accuracy a helicopter need in the collective compared to a plane in his throttle.. And the fcs use potentiometer.. Not reliable enought for me.

Do not buy a Warthog to fly exclusively helicopter.. The center mechanism is verry bad, especially for helicopter that need extreme accuracy arround the center, you never stop trimming on these beast. If you still go Warthog,.. You should really get an extension for it. http://mfg.simundza.com/blog/

And be ready to.. fix, but not fully, the "warthog problem", https://youtu.be/OQOOoPdmRl8

Helicopter need special rudder pedal with ZERO center detent. While I only recommend MFG CrossWind (link above) for plane, I know it's not the best for helicopter. You should look at vkb rudder instead. On the T-Rudder Mk.IV you have two Reversible Cam (Detente or No Detente).

These will also be awesome for War thunder where wheels brake aren't really important, however for dcs or IL2 it will be a problem to not have two differential brake.

I too recommend the T-rudders. They are an excellent value for the price, and I find them to be the most comfortable of the rudder pedals I've tried. The up/down motion of travel is easy and accurate while keeping your heels on the floor so you're not sliding back in your chair. They do not have toe brakes, but there are options to emulate this in software using these pedals combined with a button or axis on a stick. I think the comfort outweighs this missing feature.

There are other places that sell them beyond the VKB site, here are two such examples:

I can also recommend little cups for the castors on your wheels. Back when I was still using Saitek Pedals, I grabbed some table leg cups from Home Depot myself. I believe these are what I used:

These locked my chair in place nicely on my wood floor
