I highly doubt it. And even if it could be done safely, I'm sure it's not worth the effort.

You really only need the screw base from the C9 bulb. Everything else is negotiable.

So I say break the glass off the C9 bulb. Then use nippers to cut the filament off the support wires. Solder an LED and resistor where the filament used to be.

Then find some kind of clear plastic tubes that are the right diameter to fit into the C9 screw base. (Maybe you can find some cheap plastic test-tubes of about the right diameter and cut them to length.) Epoxy them into the metal screw base. Now you have a "bulb" designed to run on low voltage.

Then just wire all the sockets up with 5V.
