EDIT: Turns out in Germany too. Fun fact, "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" is named "The Return of The First Avenger" there.

Yes! That was the same problem for Winter Soldier and Thor the Dark World.
In Germany, Captain America The Winter Soldier was titled "The Return of the First Avenger" and Thor 2 was titled "Thor: The Dark Kingdom" and Civil War didn't have Captain America in the title. It was just titled "The First Avenger - Civil War"
