I don't know why some places have it available, maybe the rental market is different, but official release isn't until Sept 27. The Japanese version comes with english subs out of the box

Does anyone know the difference between the 3 Blu-ray versions on Amazon.co.jp? I know the first one is the LE with a bunch of extra stuff, but what about the other two? Also, does it seem like these are all the "Theatrical" versions? So would that mean no hentai Asuna in them? Thanks!
