A while back I bought a pack of [these] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001NGE9C0/) and put bumper stickers on them. They worked great! Never fell off or damaged the vehicle. Also if you apply it crooked you can redo it with no fuss!

No it doesn't, but you could get something like this (This size is overkill and you could probably find a smaller product that suits your needs better), and use two small sections to get that magnetizing effect you want, would work on probably any of the cases you look at.
