Heh, that's my Yepp Maxi Childseat (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B007FQT0LW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_A.sGDbHXHVXBB) adapter. It sucks to have it there all the time but I love the yepp seat for the kids.
