Thunderbolt 3 NVMe M Key m.2 SSD enclosure, Support PCI-Ex4, Theoretical transmission speed up to 40Gb/s (MAX). Test data(Samsung 970 Evo 250G): Lenovo Thinkpad T470 (x2) read: 1400+ MB/s, write: 1500+ MB/s; Macbook pro 2018 (x4) read: 2700+ MB/s, write: 1500+ MB/s.Not all Thunderbolt 3 computers are x4 full speed, part of which maybe x2.Only compatible with 2280 and 2260 M.2 NVMe SSD. Doesn't support Not compatible with M.2 SATA SSDs, M.2 PCIe AHCI SSDs, or other M.2 non-NVMe devices.Enhanced heat dissipation design, heat sink integrated giving the best ventilation for NVMe SSD running at high speed.Ideal for professional content creators needing to transfer and edit high-res content, gamers who want high-performance external libraries, or admins who want to run virtual machines at performance levels not possible before Thunderbolt 3.Giving Thunderbolt 3 protocol special high-speed transmission Type C Gen3 data cable (Intel Certified), wihch Length about 50cm, and Installation tool, protective case
Careful, because that amazon link you pasted is for an M.2 USB C enclosure, which only has a 10Gb/s throughput. You want an M.2 to Thunderbolt 3 enclosure, which has a 40Gb/s throughput. However, I don't know if just any enclosure will work. I only know that this particular one has been tested and proven to work: https://www.amazon.com/WAVLINK-Certified-Thunderbolt-Enclosure-External/dp/B07YB4DDRB

That PSU is going to be overkill. 600w is what you need to power an entire system. An RX580 shouldn't be pulling more than 220w in gaming. Plus, it's generally not recommended to hold an internal PSU externally. It's just not shielded the way external ones are. Better to be safe.
And it's Wall > Power Cord > Dell PSU > GPU > R43SG > M.2 Enclosure > TB2 Adapter > Laptop
