You'll be glad to know, then, that the doll does not come with the tattoo there. It comes with a little "tattoo gun" (moistener for the fake tats) and a sheet of little tattoos for Barbie and bigger versions for the little girl. She can choose to place them wherever on the doll she wants (and on herself, and apparently on fabric, too).

I jokingly asked if there was a stripper in the house because there was glitter all over when I visited my mom the other day. My nieces had been over and played with Tattoo Barbie and Glitter Barbie. I thought she was joking until she showed me the temporary tattoos. It's great to see what they're aspiring to be when they grow up.
