The Nexus 6 is already compatible with Qi charging. Find a nice one on Amazon or wherever and you will be good.

I have used, and recommend Tylt chargers. They have 3 coils, instead of 1 so it is easier to place the device and be connected. But any Qi charger will work.

This has been on my bedside table, work desk and home office desk (I have 3 of them) for years

Interestingly, it doesn't seem to be happening on mt ravpower 10w puck charger I have on my desk at work. I'm only having issues with my older 5w TYLT Vu charger that I have on my nightstand. Here's hoping the new 15w Yootech stand i just bought will help with the problem.

You are in luck, it will work on the newer Tacoma charging pads! I don't have a Tacoma, but a friend of mine does and I always put my phone there since he can't use it.

As for what I have at home, it seems like it's currently discontinued (link), but I've had it for years without issue.

At work, I have a Tylt wireless charger (link). Also have had this one for a few years without issue.

For those curious, I had a Tylt qi car charger as well. Did not like it and the suction cup failed a few times. Was quite bulky and difficult to adjust. My new one (link) is slim and easier to adjust. Overall better than the Tylt qi car charger. Purchased at Target.

I should also point out that there are cheap chargers where you have to have perfect alignment in order to get a charge. For the products linked above, I have never had to "perfectly" align this phone or my nexus 6... and they are quite different in size!
