It will be awesome if you are engineering it correctly, which it sounds like.

Check out the rocket m5 dish kits with the rf armor add on, and the airfiber 24. Get both and use an L3 routing protocol or STP for redundancy. The airfiber is fast as hell, but can drop in poor weather. The rocket will get through like the postal service and consistently push up to 100mbps bi-directional.

If you engineer in the appropriate tolerances (an extra 20-30db of gain), you can have an experience like mine where a building was built in the path of my link and it didn't affect throughput at all :)
