For outer sleeves I use these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B1UML82/

For LP sleeves I really use whatever, my local stores carry 50 packs for like five bucks and I figure as long as it isn't just paper it's all the same. BUT I do like these that I happened to pick up once: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071X9V53C/

2.5mil outer sleeves (sleevecity via amazon) Work great. Enough space for gatefolds, even the stupid thick ones that seem to be the rage right now.

MOFI Original Master Sleeves These are by far the best inner sleeves I've come across.

I actually put my records back in the jacket and take them out when i want to play them. Something I like about the experience.

Outers

Inners

I use these. 2LPs are sometimes a little too snug but they work amazingly. All my jackets and inners are kept near perfect.

I use those MFSL inner sleeves too. On everything. I've probably purchased 5 or 6 packages of them by now.

For outer sleeves I was using these, but they're a little too small to comfortably fit larger 2LP gatefolds. Just this past week I got a package of these because the only negative complaint was that they're slippery, which is perfect for me because shelf space is getting tight and it's hard to pull out just one record at a time. They're a little thinner, 2.5mil vs 3.0 mil, but it's totally fine. It feels more like putting a comic book in a protective case rather than putting my leftovers in a freezer bag.

Here is the Amazon link. There are two different thicknesses, the 2.5 and the 5 mil and both are great. The 5 are more expensive but great on double LPs or your more expensive records.

I recommend these inner sleeves:

These for outer sleeves:

These inner sleeves are also good if you're dealing with older records with very tight jackets or modern records with thick cardstock inner sleeves. With a cardstock inner sleeve, I use them as liner sleeves.

I also think the Spin Clean is essential if you are going to buy used records.

RE: the amp, I have no experience with it, but if you are unsure about the amp and want to take it out of the equation entirely, look into powered/active speakers. You don't need an amp with those.
