I would go for a high compression underworks binder. I am not a big chested person but I have seen the pics on the Amazon reviews and it will make you pretty darn flat. I am in between sizes so I bought a XS and a S, the XS makes me almost completely flat like I never had a chest in the first place which is really helpful when I have a bad dysphoria day.

You can buy an underworks binder from Amazon for $19, it's not a cheap knock off binder from China it's an actual underworks binder. Only hand wash your binder and never put it in the dryer. I recommend getting the black one because it's a lot easier to pass it off as an undershirt and doesn't show stains. Underworks has a binder which is $20 and available on amazon. I got the longer full tank one and it did the job well.
