find a manual for you camera for the correct cable then use above.
You also need some kind of capture device. There are some very cheap ones that might be an option. S-video would give you the best picture, there.
You could get a cheap usb capture card like this and play through your computer. You could also live stream with it if you wanted.

I have an emulator on my computer so I just ended up using that for the most part.
I also got one of those cheap $10 usb 2.0 capture cards (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XJKSJZ8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share), plugged in the PS2, and played using OBS. You pretty much get fuzzy VHS quality, but it’s better than nothing lol
