NO!!!! do not use it. you need to find a charger that has a 5v output. Hint: USB is 5v. the amperage isn't as important, if you find one smaller than the 1.2A it will just take longer to charge. if it doesn't have a charge controller built in to the device, and you find a 5V 2A source it may overheat the battery. probably not, but it could and it's always best to stick with factory specs
my best advice is to order this: https://arizer.com/product/air-charger-power-adapter/
this will 100% not damage your device and it it's not worth it to try to cut corners and risk damaging your $200+ vaporizer to charge with a cheap cable
EDIT: this would be the only other route I'd be willing to go if it were my device.

Man I'm jealous that you get to be introduced to the world of vaping with technology like that. I started with ghetto light bulb vapes, even the Flowermate I had left something to be desired. My Arizer Air has been chugging now for a few months and is a great daily driver. Enjoy your new toy!
Here are some quick tips:
USB to DC barrel connector, kind of picky on which USB wall warts will charge it, but finding one that works is a quick way to get a cheap second power cable.
I also highly recommend a GonG of some sort if you want to get into water filtration. PlanetVape.ca's options are probably the best quality if ~$30 isn't too much and you are in North America.

This should work with your power bank.
You could use this too.
Carrying spare 18650s will be easier imo. USB usually takes time to charge.
Here is the one I use, works well and can be plugged into any USB port/outlet.
