Habe ich mich auch gefragt. Ich habe ein schweizer Taschenmesser (Victorinox Workchamp), welches man zwar mit einer Hand öffnen kann, allerdings dauert das 10-15 Sekunden, da es doch sehr friemelig ist. Die Klinge wird beim kompletten Öffnen verriegelt. Fällt das also auch schon unter das Gesetz?
Been carrying the Victorinox Workchampfor pretty much 25 years now,i'm on my 3rd knife now,i wore out the blade on my first and i currently have 2 of them that i carry,1 for work and the other a trail boss!!
I have a Victorinox Workchamp. It has a blade that locks and small pliers that serve all the functions you pointed out. But if you read the reviews you'll see that there are no issues with quality, breaking or bending and the blade is not made out of damn 420. Also, I prefer the blade being in line with the handle. I just think it is more comfortable to use.
I'm not hating on Leatherman for the fun of it. Quality control for that company has just slipped to hell. On German Amazon the Charge currently has 70% 5 star reviews and 3% 1 star. All the 1 stars are criticizing quality issues. Bending, warping, breaking, blades getting stuck or rattling, bad fit...
Compare that to the workchamp (88% 5 star, no 1 star) or even the victorinox multitool, the swiss tool (89% 5 star, no 1 star). It is just better quality all around...and on top of that, they are actually cheaper.
