You could use a specialty video card with 4 DVI outputs, like this or this.
If so, you might want to get monitors that have DVI inputs, instead of just HDMI. You also probably don't need a motherboard that expensive.

find a pc that'll fit this card.

build around a four-monitor graphics card like this:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004JU260O/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_3?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B0000630TD&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1RC9WPMBAFT5F3R88RN8

you could just put two graphics cards in.

or find a mobo that lets you use the built-in graphics and a card

Ok so, I can't find any card that supports 3 vga or dvi natively (that's not crazy expensive)

you best bet is get something like this and use converters where needed http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sapphire-Radeon-HD-7750-1GB-DDR5-HDMI-DVI-I-DP-PCI-e-3-0-x16-GPU-Video-Card-/222530002120?hash=item33cfd25cc8:g:vboAAOSw~FJZLniY

most monitors these days have dvi and hdmi. Displayport support is spotty, but cheap converters to hdmi are cheap https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-Gold-Plated-DisplayPort/dp/B004C9P9TM

Another option if you have a second pcie x16 slot, you can keep the old gpu and just add another to add more ports.
