TV at vertically centered eye level height while seated. Why not just place the TV on the cabinet which may be a good height? Then put the center in the cabinet tilted up a bit. The C5.2 is a large enough speaker to match the B6.2s and may fit. The larger C6.2 would definitely be the choice for towers.
Or use a tabletop TV stand to raise the TV above the center on top of the cabinet.
If going with a wall mount, put it low, just above the molding, though it still may be a bit high.
