The production company somehow succesfully scrubbed the video from the internet, probably to make people buy the DVD boxset.

I'm both infuriated and impressed they were able to do it. Like they seriously wiped the video from the web, where things are never supposed to disappear.

Did some extensive googling, found the episode is from this DVD box set: 探偵!ナイトスクープ Vol.3&4 BOX" (transl: "Tantei! Knight Scoop Vol. 3 & 4")

And when you scroll down to the description, you can see: "人気者の犬のさっちゃん" (transl: "Ninkimono no Inu no Sacchan" = "Sacchan, The Famous Dog"). It also states that the episodes on these DVDs are from 1988.
