Hmm.. from the listing given by OP it seems it has a mini PCIe adapter included already, but I doubt that his Z370 board has the slot. I think OP should've gotten a full-size PCIe adapter instead, like this one.

Your second choice is better. The first one ugh.. I hope it works. I was originally going to go with the adaptor myself. Then I imagined if there was a problem. Is it the adaptor or the card? Is it the OS? For sure though, if the pins and whatever else are compatible, I hope that works out.
BCM94360CD from eBay for about $40, and adapter from Amazon, about $20. All macOS functionality works on my Hackintosh running 10.12.6.
Edit: I know the card is sold out at that link, but other vendors offer the same card. They're all used, and I imagine taken from scrapped iMacs, but at least mine works perfectly.

Very flimsy antennas. However you can the Fenvi T919 off of eBay and it will have the BCM94360CD, adaptor, and antenna all in one.
I did require one kext to inject bluetooth
