Thanks for this, I'm definitely going to start today. Maybe just a new notebook in Evernote, and spend 5 minutes writing down some thoughts every day.

By the way, these wireless scales have changed my life. I just stand on them for a couple of seconds after every shower, and my weight is instantly uploaded over wifi. Then you can look at a graph on their website or mobile app.
I've tried tracking my weight with pen and paper, but I've always given up after a few weeks. Now it's just effortless.

I'm also interested in the CubeSensors.

But I use a couple apps with my Up3.
Fitocracy app - I've been using fitocracy for a while its nice to keep tracks of lifts and routines while at the gym and provides great guides for newbies including videos. As for its intergration to Up's app it will only log a weight lifting time, and a cardio time.

Runkeeper - I don't use this one to much. Mostly to just walk the dog. I haven't used it in some time since you know, winter is a thing.

I also use Withings smart scale WS-30
Withings scale/app - this I like it provides a great, easy, quick way to keep a record of my weight that auto updates with the Up app. It will also give you a BMI but that doesn't auto log in your Up app. Also works multiple users, fitbit, android, and apple. So I can keep using it if I ever decide to switch

I use this scale. Unfortunately my number of weigh ins has reached a point where the website crashes when I export the graph, so I exported the data as a CSV and made a graph myself with the data.

They're $146 on Amazon now, though thr bodufat measurement is kinda bullshit (i.e. totally inaccurate and not all that useful), so I'd go with the cheaper model http://www.amazon.com/Withings-Wireless-Scale-WS-30-Black/dp/B00AXYL4M6/ - or maybe even one of the $25 bluetooth variants that works with a smartphone.

I prefer a wifi one, though - not having to dig out your phone puts less resistance in the way of using it, at times you're not all that inclined to. But you can do it with a normal scale and the MFP website, if cost is an issue.

It's pricey, but I love my Withings WS30 http://www.amazon.com/Withings-Wireless-Scale-WS-30-Black/dp/B00AXYL4M6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1409563924&sr=8-2&keywords=withings+scale

It uses bluetooth to send my daily weigh ins directly to MyFitnessPal. It is really convenient, I just step on the scale and it does everything else. I love being able to track my daily weight and see the graphs and everything in MFP.
