Maybe the zalman 4k (or nmouse 4k). Actually an awesome mouse with awesome clicks, super crispy and sure.

This is the closest thing you'll get to the G100s, I've done a lot of searching. You can get the clone for cheaper here. I've gone through:

GPRO
Ventus R
FK 2
Kone PM
G303
... and a lot more, but the ones listed are mainly small mice.

It doesn't fill out your hand like the G100s, but it's the closest I've found to the 100s. The sesnor is good, the clicks are really good, the scroll is very good and it has a back button. The only downside is the LOD is a tad high, the firmware update gets it down to a more acceptable level. I just threw on hyper glides over the stock feet and it lifts the mouse a tiny bit in the air, which reduces the lod even better.

And you can easily mod it into older Logitech shapes. I've got one in a Logitech BJ58 shell, which is just as comfortable as G100s. A reddit user has a guide here.

This mouse currently has two amazon warehouse deals for ~$10.

It is the same mouse Angelsim used when he was still a mouse player.

Keep an eye out for deals on /r/buildapcsales and you should be able to snag a mechanical keyboard for around $20.
