I actually had this problem too but I found a way to turn this into a good habit. Normally after I would lose a game I would bite my finger, throw the controller, all kinds of destructive crap. What I realized is exercise actually helps you calm down, so I use these Hand Grips any time I get angry and it's much more effective. It also boosts your forearm strength! I'm sure a stress ball would also work but hand grips expel a lot more of your anger induced energy much faster. Downside though is that after using it your arm feels sore and it can be kind of harder to play.
