assuming the Mobo, 945GCM5-L V2, you linked to is correct, you have a PCI-E slot. That means you can get about any kind of modern video card. I am running an 8400GS. Be careful if you order a card that it has the cable you need or the right connector.
If you can befriend someone who works desktop support, they may be able to get you the video card. We throw away cards similar to that at the hospital I work at.
