This looks like a good Saffron supplement.

Also prep work can really help to spread out the load over time. Make some simple NPC blocks with Name, affiliation, personality/motivation, stats if needed, voice if you plan on one. Having some generic ones is helpful. If you are in a city make notes for who is in your tavern (or pull some of your premade blocks) make up some extra goofy locations (like the slipper quarter) for more flavor if the PCs don't want to take the hooks. Generic shops can be skinned to be anything if you have an idea for a shop keeper etc.

Having some premade random encounters you can drop in can save your butt if the PCs do something you aren't expecting and you need a minute.

Find tables to roll against if you need to think up something on the spot.

Identify what is tiring for you. Is it combat that stretches on and on? Are your PCs giving you trouble when exploring? whatever is sapping your energy, find a way to prep that. I find that having more notes helps me keep minutia out of my head and helps me think about the current action more. And of course you can ignore anything that you have written down if the game takes a turn you didn't expect.

Definitely take a break. Do some stretches. Some pushups/jumping jacks.

Food is important. Use any standard focus meal tips. Mix of veggies and protein beforehand, watch of excessive carbs. Have some good snacks. Protein bar (watch suger), low glysemic index fruits like blueberries, black berries, strawberries. Drink lots of water.

Above all, watch out for sugar. it will kill your energy in the long haul.

If you chronically find yourself running out of energy when doing brain intensive tasks, I have found a keytone sports drink (no sugar) to be very helpful (I drink it in the afternoon so I don't passout on my desk at work). Keytones cross the brain blood barrier very easily and are used just like glucose would be to power your brain without crashing.

So I don't see anyone testifying weather or not they tried them. I have used Ketosports' Ketoforce. It's supposed to get your body into Ketosis faster than normal. I can tell you that it definitely gives you a burst of energy that lasted around 4-5 hours (I'm a 30M 5'10" 180 12% body fat) and it brings a lot of focus. That being said, I personally don't think it's worth the money, especially if your already in Ketosis. But I encourage you to check for yourself

I hope this helped

We've tried it too, without much result. Here's the thing: I believe Dr. Tietelbaum, who originally recommended the stuff, also advises that you eliminate gluten from your diet completely while taking d-Ribose. If you've never tried, let me tell you, it's really difficult/expensive to do. At least it can be. Almost everything has gluten in it these days.

If you want another cheap but very hopeful possibility, try out the Nopal or prickly pear cactus. Check out some of the reviews on some of these pages... they're exciting!! No diet restrictions that I know for nopal/prickly pear. I hope that some of you can give this a shot and I'm hoping and praying with all my heart that it helps somebody!

They're pretty much all loaded with some form of sugar, which is how they get the caloric content up so high.

There are a few out there but I think you're going to end up paying a premium for them:

I do have a video explaining how to use and email going to instruct people as well. I can't change packaging after I've sold another 5K units. This is my listing: what do you think? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072BC45L7?ref=myi_title_dp

Take a couple of Nopal cactus capsules before you drink, it helps minimize inflammation associated with hangover.

I was hoping that someone with experience would come and say "hey i use this product" then i would know what the ingredients usually are.

If you look for "appetite stimulant" on amazon the first one that appears is this one.

The ingredients are:

  • Gentian root extract First anecdote
  • Agmatine: increases nitric oxide for the pump (bodybuilders). Helps to maintain low tolerance on kratom for example.
  • Fenugreek extract Second anecdote
  • Pelargonium sidoides: helps against colds and bronchitis. Couldn't find anything related to estimulate appetite.

Looked Biotin up because I was curious and found this: http://www.dietspotlight.com/biotin-review/

edit: After doing a bunch of research, this or Meratrim from some other company seems like the best bet for the most affordable price

There are men's versions of these products, too. I've tried both - and they're excellent. The protein powder is the best I've ever had!

I highly, highly HIGHLY recommend Hoodia Gordonii. I am doing an intermittent fast and it makes fasting really easy.

This is the one I take, with the 20:1 concentration.. you can find it in other forms too.. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01G4TVOYG/ref=sr_ph_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1487773263&sr=sr-1&keywords=hoodia

It's just Garcinia Cambogia, SOBE used to have it in their Fuji Apple Pear but I think they changed the formula. The ones I ordered are from a company I never ordered anything from before so do your own due diligence on them lol but they were the cheapest ones I could find and then they had the big discount and I'm a sucker for a big discount lol.

This was the capsules, and this is the gummies.

u/dmitche · 1 pointr/Supplements

Hmmm, good question. I have this [one] (https://www.amazon.com/Garcinia-Cambogia-Extract-Absorption-softgels/dp/B00IZPK0Q6/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1485829114&sr=8-1&keywords=garcinia+cambogia+sports+research). From the list on the link you sent me, I want to try the purely inspired brand, due to it having not only 100mg more than the standardized 1500 mg dosage, but it also has calcium in it as well. Idk, i would think the amount per serving would be the better result, no?

I've taken a potassium supplement - 200mg potassium from potassium citrate (e.g. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lindens-Potassium-Manufacturer-Suitable-vegetarians/dp/B00IAPC14U) since I started to get cramps. I take it twice a day, one after breakfast and one after lunch.

After a couple months the cramps returned though not as strong, so I started taking a magnesium supplement as well. One 500mg tablet in the evenings e.g. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lindens-Magnesium-Contributes-metabolism-reduction/dp/B00I6M1LS4. One thing you should watch out for with the magnesium that you don't have to for the potassium is that it tends to act as a mild laxative.

u/lemisfit · 1 pointr/ketouk

Honestly, I double up on electrolyte powder doses, especially on gym days, or I get bad cramps in my calves and biceps.
Try doubling up and take some epsom salt baths, because most magnesium is just crappy at being absorbed, that always works for me. Failing that, try eating some sun dried tomatoes, chicken, salmon all of which have some decent potassium in them. as an extra option I used to take these, but don't take them on an empty stomach, you will regret it trust me!
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lindens-Potassium-Contributing-Pressure-Function/dp/B00IAPC14U/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=potassium&qid=1567581319&s=gateway&sr=8-5

u/Aliessil · 1 pointr/ketouk

The only trouble with these is the doses are really small - sodium is 200/5000mg (amount vs FAQ daily recommendation), magnesium's 56/300mg, potassium's 70/1000mg; even if you take the recommended maximum of 4 tablets/day, that's still not much of a dent.

This is what I use (all Amazon links for convenience):

u/KinkyMcDreamy · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

These please!

I took a sip of something poison, but I'll hold on tight.
