Play-doh

Cheap, perfect size, the seal is very good for moisture control.

Multiple colours means its easy to know whats in each without huge labels, they wont break, they come with play-doh :) they block the light (at least the UV rays) and you could hide them in plain sight, the perfect weed container really.

Howdy!

I just snagged a "Play Doh Ice Cream Treats" thingy at a store the other day on a toy run through for my local drives. There was only one as opposed to duplicates of other toys.

Would your littlest be interested in it?

This is it here.

If so, would you PM me your address? I will mail it to you.

My tiny tot aka [playdoh Picasso] (https://imgur.com/a/4lxPi) absolutely needs [this] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00TPMDLOG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Ae1LzbKZP6Q9T) to create more magnificent works of art ;)

Thanks for the contest ❤️

Oh gosh this would frustrate me to no end. Chicken eggs? Tamagotchi? Play dough eggs? There's these play foam egg things that come with animals: Educational Insights Playfoam Pals Wild Animals 6-Pack: Surprise Egg and Squishy Playfoam https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B1BW2NF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_dX59BbJT0CX7R. So play foam eggs? Or maybe something similar to hatchimals like a different brand name. Hope you figure out what it is!

Not sure about where you can use an oven, but there is air dry clay you can get for fairly cheap: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00RF7A1TG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_McMUDbW1SK638

Just search "air dry clay" for more options and colors.

How about this frozen play doh set?

You should try to make it smoother, maybe animate a t 24 frames per second instead of 5. Also try to get a tripod for your phone/camera and also try to to get/make a better set for your puppets. I also see that you were using dinosaur figurines, try to use an armature metal skeleton with clay on the top to get a better result.

Here are some links you should look at:

Clay: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Newplast-Modelling-Clay-Plasticine-Alternative/dp/B01MTL338N

Armature: https://kineticarmatures.com

Tripod: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ailun-Compact-Compatible-s10plus-Cellphone-Black/dp/B01N6713N8/ref=sr_1_6?keywords=Tripod+for+phone&qid=1567945166&s=gateway&sr=8-6

best stopmotion software: https://www.dragonframe.com

If you follow my tips you WILL become one of the best stopmotion animatures in the world.

Hope I helped;)

Thank you! I found the paper clay very nice to work with personally, maybe give that a try sometime if you want to practice. It's quite easy to make simple shapes and then combine them, like making the petals for the flowers. I got this kit to get started with (for instance) , was quite fun and not that difficult: https://www.amazon.com/ROBOTIME-Modeling-Polymer-Adults-Unicorn/dp/B07PFB68P6

I have taken to carrying this in my purse. Not quite a pocket toy, but it works great for long meetings or trainings.

Yay! I love figuring out gifts for people.

For Adela:

I’d like to enter for the Play-Doh burger maker ($5.99) for my 3yr old.

  1. I'm weird, but I had something like this when I was Adela's age and I absolutely loved it. If that's too gross/weird/advanced, perhaps this art kit would be of interest to her. I had one as well, and loved it.

  2. For Isla, this My Little Pony Play-Doh set is pretty darn amazing. Crap, that's not Prime. Free shipping, but not prime...but, it's really awesome?!? Argh.

  3. Good luck, William. Thanks for the contest!

This is why you always pay attention to the exterior packaging details.

Most packaging has the net/total weight printed right on it IME.

In this instance: "8 Bold Colors" & "NET: 2 LB (907 g)"

Thus, one can deduce that there are 8 individual ¼ LB sticks of clay contained within & gauge the package size accordingly.

Not really all that bad for the $6 or so it cost you.
