No. It's an oem only part. Last time I checked they were around 140.

I always ran a bit hot too, and although its not "bad" I was still bothered by it. Installed this cold air intake (20 minute job no joke):

You hit the nail right on the head in regards to shackle lifts. Mine is brutal.. 4.5 inches of shackle. Here's of my Jeep: https://www.flickr.com/photos/mookshamooksha/16152070793/in/dateposted-public/

The lean is a bit exagerated because of all my camping gear/bike, however it's still pretty extreme.

I think the best way for me to go is to just redo the whole thing.
