I found them on prime and they were $20-30 cheaper each than most online stores and I got them in 3-4 days. Aside from getting 1 incorrect lug pattern the first time and having to deal with the turn around it was pretty painless.

Amazon has some black Mamba Moab knock offs for cheap right now. They are a 15” wheel unlike the Rubicon 16” wheels. I have had my eye on these for a while and almost put a set on my old TJ

Ah, I though it would be some large size like 18 or 19. Even Amazon has some in 16, you’ll just have to figure out the offset, etc.

That's a good point. Are you using Eibach springs or coilovers? I just bought Eibachs so Shakotans are out of the picture. Maybe the Kyusha wheels? I'm so indecisive when it comes to wheels...
It’s just what the wheels themselves say spec wise. I went based off of what people already found works. The method 502’s have 15mm offset methods
I love the way 16s look on my NB but there aren't many options out there for 16 and 4x100 that are lightweight and concave.
The two I'm deciding between are Rota Grid Concave I think they also come in dark colours or the usual Advanti S1s.
Unfortunately I'll be going down to 15s but I'll get more rubber out of it and a smoother ride :) so it's worth the compromise.

Edit 2: I'm personally looking for a more aggressive offset because I don't like the potato-with-toothpicks-as-legs look that the NB has with 15 or 16x6.5 +40 wheels.
I'm looking to go down a size if we move up north to avoid exactly what you are dealing with. So far I've narrowed it down to 2 wheel choices (below), still debating if I'm going to go with 225/50/17 or if 235/45/17 will offer enough protection against potholes. Wheels, tires and sensors should run under $1200 total.

You can find the part number pretty easily on Kia parts websites, but looks like Dorman makes an aftermarket replacement for your vehicle that would probably be a lot cheaper option by about $50. Here's the part on Amazon.

They are available in 5x112 18x8 et42. Why not just get thencorrect bolt pattern for your car to start with and then adjust with spacers as needed rather then running a 1” adaptor?
