It's 50 lbs, so probably something like this Great River Organic Milling, Organic Whole Grains Corn, 25-Pound Package https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0049YK2CO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_e9UOAbJKHEZ0X

Never run out of millet. (it's tasty, that's the pre-hulled stuff for use in cooking.)

I recently got a grown-up blender and have been making the most fire bedtime shakes:

  • 40g vanilla casein
  • a banana
  • scoop of PB2
  • scoop of fiber
  • scoop of lecithin
  • a little fairlife milk, water & ice

and the piece de resistance is a tablespoon of non-diastatic malt. it makes your protein shake a malt shake!

Not Korean so I can't read the packaging, but it should be diastatic. Yeotgireum-garu seems to be the Korean equivalent to diastatic malt powder (according to various recipes) and is used for making gochujang (fermented red chili paste) and sikhye (rice drink). The product listing for this item (different brand) on Amazon states that it's diastatic.

Not 100% sure, so please correct me if I'm wrong! (I'm still trying to get my head around the exact difference and uses for the types)
