If you are a dude, buy a male external catheter and a leg bag.

^ These come in different girths. A little big is better than a little small, there are sizing guides on the web.

If you do this, practice makes perfect. And make sure you trim all the hair in the area, you DO NOT want to get hair in that glue. Trust me on that.

For a rare occasion the leg bags work awesome, and you can clean them and reuse them. If you're going to do it all the time it makes more sense to drill a hole in the floor and run a tube through it.

Thank you for posting this, I'm glad someone did since I've been wanting to discuss my solution. Amazon sells different catheters that also quality for Prime shipping (gotta save that money).

Would you recommend things like this exerciser found on amazon? It seems well-reviewed. I was thinking of getting it.

Hey there, I totally feel you! I was there myself, wanting to get a yoni egg kit but questioning why in the fork the pricing was so high. But all the points raised here are very valid. You really want to use a stone that is non-porous and non-toxic and that was not treated with any dye or chemicals when polished. I winded up purchasing nephrite jade from Polar Jade. My man is the one that pushed to get them from Polar Jade because he researched the crap out of companies that would be thorough in providing quality and certified gem stones that are safe to use, and that's what came up! He is so much more concerned for my lady parts' well-being then I am, I wonder why...? ;P

At first I was questioning the purchase, thinking why would I pay so much, specially for a stone that doesn't look as stunning as Tiger eye or Sun stone (Nephrite jade is actually very dark green, almost black, it's nothing like the jade you see in movies) but now that I have them and use them regularly, I really don't regret paying the price for the certification that comes with the eggs. Plus they are a Canadian company, and I believe the Jade they use is also from Canada. Here is an Amazon link

Hope this helps!

I finally started using my dilators!! I got a new set instead of this one and it is so much better! The small size was something I could actually do :D and now I've moved up a level!!! First ever!!!

Just seeing it as a stretch like a calf or quad stretch helped change my mindset to it and not worry about having to feel turned on. Plus, I finally made a routine of setting up a towel and having lube handy.

I highly recommend doing pelvic floor exercises to correct this issue. I used to have stress incontinence as well and it started out with just a little dribble and a few years later I could only run in dark pants. It took a few minutes every day with pelvic weights for a few months and I now I can do jumping jacks and box jumps without changing my pants.

Pelvic cones are awesome. A good example are ones like these

Thank you kind sir ma'am. It was a BMW certified mechanic that came up with the design. I was a Mfg Engineer for Motorola at the time and had better results with the application.

This was 10 years ago, nowadays you can just buy the kit.

Nobody says that they should buy, who is forcing them? They sell some of the products mentioned in their interviews in their store. Those same stuff are sold on other websites as well, with the same product description. Do you see people losing their minds and slam Amazon's owner for selling those jade eggs with the same claims on the page? You don't have to like GP or Goop, I find a lot of things mentioned in the interviews absurd myself. But there really is a big hypocrisy and double standards in this whole backlash, especially compare to what men do.

They make something called a condom catheter Instead of shoving it inside your pee hole

Anyways, on topic with your question. The "cheapest" is probably going to be latex rubber tubing, and tin foil contacts as you say.

I watched someone use guitar picks as an EEG sensor/conductor before, so that sort of thing, alongside your idea of tinfoil, is probably substantially cheaper than using medical grade disposable pads, or medical reusable electrodes.

I think surface contact area will in fact come into play when you attempt delivering current. So, people are using sponges soaked in salt, as salt turns non-conductive water into highly conductive substance for wider contact area.

They have cheaper EEG hats out there, the problem is, they come without electrodes and professional electrodes can cost a small fortune if you go high end, or they can cost a moderate amount, and EEG electrodes are not designed to deliver current, but rather read electrical signals.

Another option if you only need a single Anode and a single Cathode, is to buy two lousy cheap aligator clips and a sponge, or two professional electrode pads and re-use them.
