I was planning on doing small pots of succulents/cacti for my guests. You can buy ceramic/terra cotta pots at a craft store for relatively cheaply (most craft stores always have high value coupons in circulation, too) and decorate the pots with regular old house paint, if you were so inclined. They could also serve as seat identifiers, too.

I know people who have ordered these from Amazon and had no complaints.

They also have them on Etsy. I received one as a gift for Christmas 2014. Such a hardy little plant, it survived me forgetting about it in the box it came in, I remembered in April that I had it. It was still alive, albeit a little shriveled. It came back to life overnight after I watered it. So I was pretty upset when it fell off the chain a few months later, and was lost forever. I'll never forget you, adorable tiny cactus.

I wanted to make my best friend a little succulent garden for her desk. She's a fish bio, so I found the bowl and put another container with holes inside of that. I ordered from amazon and just got it in today. Definitely more then just 5 cuttings! I picked the ones I thought would look good in the dish and am now letting it settle in before I give it to her in a couple weeks.

They are!! Sure here you go!

Came with really complete instructions and they offer some really great discounts for anybody that adopts a pet from a local animal shelter so that’s pretty cool too!

Everyone should have plants. It's calming to have a bit of the outdoors inside, and these plants in particular prove that you don't even need much space -- or water.

I got a very similar one in good condition from [succulent box on amazon] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B072K4SP8Z/ref=ya_aw_oh_bia_dp?ie=UTF8&psc=1) if you still want one! I got the 4 inch one without the pot and it looks better than the picture. I can show you pics when I get home!

This is where I bought mine. They arrived in great shape, well-packaged, and they stayed alive for 2+ weeks before I managed to find time to actually plant them. Whoops. Love the variety in species and size.

Well, there's a lot of things I am obsessed with, and that's pretty clearly evidenced in my wishlist; aquarium supplies, makeup and the like. I also have a deeply rooted obsession with Star Trek - seriously, my room has a thick coating of vintage and new Star Trek memorabilia. I have a tiny Hot Wheels Enterprise on my list which involuntarily triggers my grabby hands when I see it. I was raised on TOS, bled and breathed space travel, and drank my earl grey tea when Picard came on TV.

That all to say, I have recently become obsessed with plants. I have finally stopped killing plants left and right! I have poached leaves and cuttings from friends and family to boost my collection, and I always go to goodwill to find things to plant them in. Currently, I have a vine in a coffee pot, another plant in an old jam jar, another in a coffee mug, and one that needs to be planted and it will be in a tiny pitcher decorated with fish pictures. It's a bit eclectic. What I have on my list right now are a couple tillandsia air plants. Basically plants that don't need to be planted, just soaked in some water every so often. I think it might be witchcraft. I'd love to add these to my collection!

I bought my first air plants on Amazon last summer, and they’re doing quite well, one even bloomed and pupped.
