These look delicious. I want to try them so badly!! I love crisp desserts and cookies and stuff, so crisp brownies have to be awesome!!

Without having eaten the product, but with a background in food including recipe development, this product is very, to not put too fine a point on it, industrial.

The ingredients include several refined/contrived products, including peanut butter chips, peanut flour, starches, and synthesized flavorings. Some of these products won't be easy to find at retail.

That said, here's what you've got: Ingredients: Banana, Peanut Butter Chips (Certified Sustainable Palm Kernel Oil, Dried Cane Syrup, Peanut Flour, Soy Lecithin), Gluten Free Oat Flour, Peanut Powder, Coconut Palm Sugar, Coconut Oil, Coconut, Cassava Starch, Sea Salt, Banana Flavor, Peanut Flavor, Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, Citric Acid, Vitamin C *Indicates Organic

Nutritional information is here. This may help you understand how much of certain things there are in the product: https://www.amazon.com/Barnana-Banana-Brittle-Variety-Count/dp/B078MZGN69/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=barnana%2Bbanana%2Bbrittle&qid=1554847948&s=gateway&sr=8-3&th=1

This is a cracker with oat and peanut flours and tapioca starch, coconut oil and sugar, peanut butter chips, all moistened by banana into a dough, and "naturally" flavored with extracts and cinnamon, topped with coconut.

Because this brittle contains oils and banana, the preservatives citric acid and vitamin C are important to maintaining the color and freshness of this product.

Sourcing these ingredients will be complicated and expensive. Developing a working recipe will require a lot of trial and error.

I'm going to have to hop off this recipe bus here, OP, but if you do it, I wish you well!

I don't have a dedicated food list, but I do have some random things scattered throughout my different lists. They're mostly little things that I have tried and different points and would fancy having again, but don't want them enough to spend the money. Like this cookie brittle for example, my SO got in a gift basket from her boss once and it was yummy but the only place I've seen it in stores was Ross (randomly? lol) and I don't go there often enough to buy it and it's not worth a trip out of my way. So instead, it's on my wishlist :)

These are delicious, you might not be able to find the same brand where you are but if you see something like it - I highly recommend them! https://www.amazon.com/Lucys-Brownie-Crisp-Triple-Chocolate/dp/B00WFDNKRU
