Your plan is lacking in proteins, you should really make an effort to balance it out a little better. IE, less bread, more whole grains/proteins. Best options would be lean proteins such as chicken, turkey, chicken sausage - alternatively eggs, beans, oats and quinoa have good protein content as well.
Cereal is pretty much nutritionally empty - you'd be much better off with a bowl of oats. Also, instead of Nutella, you may want to try something like Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter (or even this one), which is basically the same thing but has a LOT less sugar, and tastes pretty much exactly like Ferrero Küsschen.

Don't get me wrong, Nutella is great, but it just overpowers everything. With peanut butter, all I can taste is the Nutella though. With the chocolate spread, it's just pure awesome. Plus it's cocao instead of hazlenut which is closer to reese's anyways. [4]

This was my firdt experience with Nutella...And yes, it is soooo good! But I didn't want to commit to $6+ jar of something I might not like, so when these showed up at a checkstand, I got one fast as anything!
After the breadsticks were gone, I cleaned out the little Nutella compartment with my fingers! And I highly recommend it!
