Not a permanent solution, but maybe this can help: Compression Shirts

Thompson Tees. They'll change your life, just like they did mine. Two fits and three styles: crewneck, v-neck, deep v-neck.
My armpits are like a faucet and I've never sweat through one of these.

It says that right on the pack when you buy them.

I haven't tried these, but the idea is the same. These are specifically designed for gynecomastia, so it's probably even better than my technique.

Hey! If you're still seeing this (know it's been, well, a month) but this is what I use

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001DLEZNI

I chose small because I really wanted it to hold it down. I'm 18, 180 pounds, 6'2", so small worked perfect for me.
It feels very weird at first but now it feels like a second skin and I wouldn't go anywhere without it. It's sleek and hard to tell that it's there.

A couple things...it rides up a little and I found myself often pulling it back down, but it's really not bad when you get used to it. If
the very faint outlines DOES show, it looks like a tank top.

But it pushed my gynecomastia down so now it looks like I have pecs. I stand up straight and puff out my chest and have SO MUCH confidence. I had horrible posture before and would slouch to hide it.

These compression tank tops have changed my life. Seriously try it! I bought one in black and one in white to go with any kind of shirt.

I have to wear business casual for work..I bought one of these on a whim after sweating through my shirts constantly at work (I live in AZ too, very hot).

Thirty dollars for an undershirt seems insane but I honestly have never had a single sweat mark since buying these shirts. I now own five. Best purchase I have ever made. They are discreet enough for casual wear too, I will wear them out on dates etc. Just make sure to bleach wash or they will stain.

I have quite a few things from Goodthreads (Amazon's men's clothing line) that are fantastic. Specifically these items:

Heather shirt

Short sleeve button up

Plaid shirt

Crew neck sweatshirt

V-neck t-shirt

And then for Amazon Essentials, I have these items:

Undershirts

Packable down jacket

I can't recommend either one enough. All of those products are great. The down jacket I use as a backup for when I just am doing quick day trips for work where I don't really care what I look like. I also have a North Face Thermoball in matte Navy to compare it to, and while the North Face is definitely warmer and more flattering of a fit, the Amazon one holds up nicely for the cost difference.

My point is - all their products I've purchased have been fantastic. My girlfriend has commented on all of the button up shirts and the sweatshirt how much she likes them. I'd feel pretty confident buying those flannels. But I also recommend checking out the Goodthreads line. Very nice stuff for the price.

How exactly does your tactile sensory processing disorder work? Those of us who don't have your disorder may not be equipped to answer you truthfully. I know that I also have a lot of problems wearing tight clothing, but binding is ok for me in that sense because my issues are social, and the tight clothing feeling only exacerbates them. If I bind correctly in a way that doesn't show off that I have breasts, I don't have an issue. It sounds like your case is going to be very different, though. Additionally, the bigger you are, the harder it may be to bind even with normal tactile senses.

You can always get one binder and try it, see how it works for you. (this one isn't the absolute best for compression, but it's decent, cheap, relatively comfortable compared to tighter binders, and will work if you're smaller and/or layer on top of it. It can be a little tough to get into and out of, but once it's on it's not that bad. Go down in size for better compression: http://www.amazon.com/Underworks-Microfiber-Compression-Large-White/dp/B001DLGWLG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1342188030&sr=8-1&keywords=underworks+tank)

Amazon has Underworks binders: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001L9TD7K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_TShVzbRJX20SS

and https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001DLEZNI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_iXhVzbS972GPK are two.

They don't really have any packer stp's, but they do have underwear you can put a stp packer in: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00V2GKA2Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_nVhVzbH4N17CF

You could also out tubing in a packer to make it suitable for STP use.

I'm not really too into packing but I have heard it can be hard to find them in darker skin tones like ours..

Sorry, know that's unhelpful. :(

I have pretty bad gyno and I started fin in February 2015, noticed no change in my gyno condition after I started it (but then again I have it pretty bad, luckily it's not noticable at all thanks to these)

I plan to have surgery in the near future once I have the money for it saved up, so I'm also kinda worried that the fin might cause it to come back post-surgery.

Do you work out? I feel like as long as you keep in shape/keep your body fat levels low and keep your diet in check you probably won't have to worry about it recurring in the future even with the finasteride

so I suffer from underarm sweat badly. Winter, fall, summer it does not matter ill probably start to swear from the pits.

2 things that solved this.

  1. [Thompson Tee designed for sweat absorption.]

    2. Certain Dri

Now I am sweat free all the time and love it.

These really work wonders, in fact they work TOO well that my underarms become overly dry, so I started using a goldbond lubricating antiperspirant in combination and now its perfect. I can even play ping pong in the resident lounge before rounds and i won't sweat through my dress shirt. Best of luck.

I like the texeresilk brand on amazon. They have a t-shirt that is 70% bamboo 30% cotton. Ive tried several different kinds and these are my favorite.

Consider wearing wife beaters/compression shirts!
Also choosing to wear colors that hide shadows rather than emphasize them is probably a good idea (typically darker shades do a better job)

A little surprised Amazon's own line isn't mentioned: Amazon Essentials.

V-Neck Link

I like their V-Neck line. They come in crew as well, a variety of colors, 2 pack for about $12. Fit is on the slim side but true to size. I'm 5"10, about 165 lbs, and medium fits perfectly for me. They have a smooth soft feel and so far have held up well. As a bonus, you can find plain white and black in larger packs (6 if I remember correctly).

Here’s a shirt from ASOS.

I had surgery at ClinicForYou the week before last. Absolutely no complaints - flew in on Wednesday and was taken for a blood test, surgery on Thursday then flew back to the UK on Friday. My stitches come out on Friday, so I guess I'll have a better idea of the 'final product' at that point (regards scarring etc) but everything looks fine at the moment.

If you decide to go with them, then I would recommend going for the assistance package - you have a patient coordinator who helps things go smoothly (they take you to/from airport and apartment/clinic and can give recommendations for places to eat etc in the city). All the staff are really friendly, though some (unsurprisingly) don't speak very much English (which I mention only because it can be a little disorienting immediately after the surgery).

I stayed in the LeoApart apartments, which were nice and are very central in Wroclaw (about 5 mins from the main square/plaza) and maybe a 15 min drive from the clinic itself.

The only thing I would say is that the compression vest they give you is quite bulky (it also wasn't very comfortable but I only wore it immediately after the surgery so that probably contributed). I bought a couple of these (so I could wear one while sleeping and another to work) and they are much more comfortable and seem to do the job. Obviously your mileage may vary depending on build etc.

I really like the texeresilk cotton bamboo ones on amazon. They come in v and crew depending if you wear ties or not.

u/sFino · 1 pointr/malefashionadvice

I have the same issue, I find cotton to be very itchy and uncomfortable. I haven't bpught any yet, but I've been eyeing up bamboo/rayon fabrics for a while. As soft as silk and wicks moisture as well as cotton, and it's much cheaper than silk. There are quite a few stores on amazon that sell bamboo clothing. Here's a T-shirt I'm planning to buy. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006QZ3BS6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_QorUDbW7KRNNJ

Not sure if you're looking for cotton or breathable polyester tees, but I've been buying 32-Degrees V-necks for the gym. They're $7 at TJ Maxx.

For slightly more casual, the black and navy colors on RBX Active shirts are nice and stretchy, although they are prone to static.

I'm 6'-0", 170 lbs, 40 chest/32 waist, and the Mediums in both brands fit me well. I especially like that they're slightly longer than normal tees.

u/kellyanne_blobway · 1 pointr/bigmenfashionadvice

You don't have to stop wearing t-shirts altogether, but get ones that are either solid or ones that have subtle, simple graphics or patterns. Avoid wearing t-shirts that are in any way related to your school - these shirts are typically a bit garish, and when I see people wearing college t-shirts it makes them seem younger and less mature.

To start, I'd suggest buying some solid black crew neck t-shirts that fit well, like these. When paired with jeans and decent shoes, it's an easy yet polished look. They also look pretty decent with flat-front khaki shorts (just make sure the shorts don't reach your knees). Another plus is that black has a somewhat slimming effect (after all, we are on r/BigMenFashionAdvice).

This is not to say that you should keep wearing t-shirts all the time. To be sure, if you're trying to dress nicer or more professional you should be wearing collared shirts more often.

u/fizgigtiznalkie · 1 pointr/Fitness

I'm cheap, quick dry hiking shorts off amazon are great for working out and wicking shirts from target or old navy (I have a few nike, adidas and under armor ones that were gifs, the adidas one is in the worst shape).

If you want to treat yourself, I did some work for easton hockey a while back and got a 3 pack of bamboo fabric shirts, they still look new at like 10 years old, wick well, and are super soft, cool and comfy. On my phone so sorry for any mistakes.

I was 19 at the time. I hid it mainly by wearing these compression tank tops

https://www.amazon.com/Underworks-Mens-Microfiber-Performance-Compression/dp/B00BF2HJ4C

And by wearing baggy shirts and sweaters of course. Or just not leaving the house.

u/unicode00D8 · 1 pointr/malefashionadvice

thank you for your response - i'm looking at the reviews on amazon link right now.

u/Tweeters_ · 1 pointr/CBD

I have sweat issues when going out in public, I'm not sure the CBD has really helped. I typically take CBD at night though not right before I go out. If you're talking about underarm sweating then Thompson tees are where it's at, a bit expensive but they just work

u/i_am_unikitty · 0 pointsr/asktransgender

try an underworks compression tank top (here), made for men (gynecomastia). They worked for me when i was at the stage where doubling up tight tshirts wasn't working anymore.

Also, wear a couple of loose layers on top. the best type of shirt to wear for masculinizing is a size-too-big polo or button down.
