The finials definitely look like a fun challenge, I'm also going to have to learn to carve for the corinthians above the door rails. The bottom is based off Glen Huey's book, although I changed up the drawer styles, some dimensions, and added a few things to the interior. The top I will have to without plans since it is different than the book, but it's a fairly straightforward design
PS if you want to buy that book look somewhere else, its worth around 15 bucks not 45
There are a couple books by Daniel Diehl

and watch a ton of YouTube on every aspect and process of furniture making. Take a couple basic art fundamentals classes which helps with basics of color, basic painting and sculpture. Pick every craftsman and worked that comes to your houses brain about product etc. I’m still and apprentice in many ways, my art background helped a lot but in the end learning to do things like French polish just take stressful hours to learn.
