Got em on Amazon UK (I'm in Europe). These are the exact ones I got, and yeah they fit our full-sized king bed.

I found that if you search for "boys bedding king size" you should get decent results on your local Amazon - if you're in the US, they have these sweet dinosaur covers

If you're worried about how busy the room will be, try a simpler duvet cover. The one below fades from orange to take yellow and back and will work well with the ombre on the tapestry. Rusty, red-orange sheets would work well under these.

Your room is so lovey an neutral! You have a lovely opportunity to go with pretty much any color you would like :) personally, I would go for a pale yellow or pastel pink to soften the strong geometric vibe you have going on. I agree that it is a good general rule to not have a ton of color everywhere - sheets are my exception. They are only seen when the bed is peeled back - so they can be your own little secret.
