Thank you so much for the info! L2 is claimed to be 3mH by the manufacture but I measured it on a LCR meter which tells me it's actually 1.4mH. The current through the inductor is about 5.2A. L1 is rated at 10A and L2 is rated at 3A. However, even if I put 2 L2 in parallel, it doesn't help with the swing. For L2, I don't have too many info on the core because I purchased it from amazon.
