I found these on Amazon - I know they're not the same, but for that price you could give them a try?
I love Flats! I walk over 10,000 steps a day (thanks fitbit!) and I have narrow heels.
My favorite flats are:
Cole Haan Manhattan

Tsubo Roana

I don't buy the patent leather ones, they are stiffer and cut your feet up.
I just bought a pair of Tom's Moroccan cutouts, so I can't attest to how they will hold up, but they are very cushiony and soft.

All of the above shoes you can walk all day in and they do not need time to break in.
Two other brands that were narrow enough for my feet, but that I didn't like were:
Tieks - so expensive and squeaky, also weirdly flat in the toe box.
Jcrew Emma flats - which cut up my feet horribly and my big toenail made an odd indent in the interior leather on the second wear.
Not the exact same but these are similar style, plus if your dress is long, the shoes are mostly for pictures before you get dressed. Ollio Women's Shoes Faux Suede Floral Mesh Lace Breathables Pointed Toe Ballet Fla... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L9GBTCN/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_i_7jqKDb81CK6HS
i am a huge fan of Tsubo shoes. their Roana flat has been my go-to for the last couple of years. http://www.amazon.com/TSUBO-Womens-Roana-Flat-Fire/dp/B008BIBUOI
These come close color wise but don't have a bow (although you could find a sparkly shoe clip which would be fun!)
These look more like leather but another option.
These might be too bright of a blue?
These come in "sky blue" which again might be too bright
These are a peep toe option (color is a little off)
These are another, maybe too dark.
So, I have done loads and loads of research (literally tried on every pair of shoes at DSW on multiple occasions) on comfortable shoes and finally found some that give me some relief. They're pretty much glorified slippers, but the Sketchers GoLite line has been a feet saver for me. I ordered the boat shoes last week and have a pair coming this week that are a little bit dressier looking. They're soft on top which helps with the rubbing of swollen toes and cushy under my feet. Not sure what your specific issues are, but this line is apparently popular with nurses because they're on their feet all the time.
I wouldn't even try to match the lace. It's almost impossible and the last thing you really want is to have mismatched lace.
If you find a pair of plain flats you can always add a shoe clip with pearls

or DIY an addition of pearls to the heel, like this

Actually not at all! Here’s the link for them. The glitter ones aren’t true to color online. I bought the bronze but it’s more gold with a lot of purple/pink sparkles. Still pretty and fun though!
Silk Ballet Flats
Here they are! Ignore the 1-star reviews. People have really high expectations for $10 shoes 😂
These will be mine! Comfy and a bit of glam! And only $40!

Enters the cutest, most comfortable (and reasonably priced) flats ever! Bandolino Ballet Flats
There are many other colors and styles. I’ve had like 10 pairs of Bandolino flats over the past few years and I can’t recommend them enough.
These are similar! https://www.amazon.com/Ollio-Womens-Floral-Breathables-Pointed/dp/B07L9HDMCJ/ref=mp_s_a_1_21?dchild=1&qid=1569776204&refinements=p_89%3AOllio&s=apparel&sr=1-21
Of course! I'm not sure where in the world you live but if you can easily buy them, I think Cole Haan has great-looking, durable, feminine flats. Something like this. Frye also has some beautiful flats. They can be pricey, but if you're flexible on color you might find some deals. The best thing about Fryes is that they eventually mold to your foot so it feels like a second skin. Not a lot of support, but incredibly soft and comfortable. Sam Edelman also has nice flats, but not quite as good quality as Cole Haan or Frye, in my experience. What do you think?
Good luck!
And linky.

I would recommend slip-over (over shoes). They're just as slip proof and you can wear comfy sneakers and they're easy to clean. Plus you can leave them in your locker (hopefully the place has lockers).
I would recommend you ask the owner or the kitchen manager. I've been places that require specific shoes and places that buy you a pair once a year or have shared overshoes.
However if they don't recommend anything and aren't supplying one I'd recommend these: safeTStep slip resistant overshoes. I've used these personally and they're very effective especially on greasy floors. And they can just be hosed clean.
There are lots of short style rain shoes similar to duck boots. These are cute... Chooka as are these... Sperry's.
As long as you're not talking full-on downpour... Chooka Duck Skimmer!!! I have a pair in cheerful bright blue, and I love them. You can find tons of other colors on different sites. And I got mine off MyHabit a while back for $40, so they go on good sales.
edit - I sized down 1 size too, fyi, just like with rainboots.
I SWEAR by these. I am a wedding photographer and am often on my feet 10 hours straight. These are the only ones that have made me not want to die after hour 4!

This is a great idea. Here are my suggestions:
$0-5: pig iphone sleeve
$5-10: for the ladies - very useful
$10-20: best chocolate bar ever!
$20-50: you get a pair, a pair is donated to a kid in need
I feel the same way about my Crocs. Though with your link you may have just added Birks to my list.
