Gymnastic rings are a little more pricey but worth it in my opinion. They allow you to do much more variety (push-ups, pull-ups, dips, ring rows, face pulls, core work) and are also easily portable to take when traveling.

These are the ones I have, they were a solid decision in my opinion.

I found this in the Beauty -> Makeup section. I'm not sure who they're selling this to/for but all I can envision is Cirque Du Soleil members practicing their crazy acrobatics while applying their outlandish makeup. Also, if you're willing to pay basically one million dollars for those bars, then clearly the $5 shipping cost doesn't register in your mind. Two birds, one stone, and an acid trip dream for me!

You may be surprised what the noise and vibration of the plane will do to put a baby to sleep. Otherwise, I would check with the airline to see if they'll let you bring something like that on the plane, inflated. Are you referring to one of these?

OP, I want you to follow this routine:

It's all body weight fitness and you don't need any weights. What you'll need is fitness rings and a pull-up bar you can hang in the door way. Those two items are inexpensive and I think both items are 25-30. That routine takes about 45-1hr and it starts off light. If you use your knees, I would suggest getting a gym mat or use pillows.

But very important all this means nothing if you do not have a good diet consisting of lots of protein. And it also helps to walk/jog 30min a day.

If you have any questions, PM me. Sorry, I'm at work spitballing what I know.

Gosh, I wish I had an Amazon affiliate account right now.. .

I got ones like these because I was damn near broke at the time and it was a different listing with a better deal. They're fine, slippery sometimes.

If I had to do it again I'd buy these nicer wooden ones.
